Earnest Welch is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in law enforcement, security management, and military service. A combat veteran and Infantry leader, Earnest brings over 18 years of law enforcement experience, including expertise in intelligence, investigations, emergency tactics, crisis management, and policy development. He is also a State Certified Law Enforcement Instructor, specializing in use of force, de-escalation, defensive tactics, and physical fitness. Additionally, Earnest is a Law Enforcement Active Shooter Emergency Response (LASER) Instructor, further solidifying his expertise in crisis response and safety protocols. 

Earnest is a Board-Certified Security Manager, having earned the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) accreditation from ASIS International, and he currently serves as the Vice Chair of ASIS Chapter 170. He holds a Master's degree in Administrative Science and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, which complement his practical knowledge with strong academic credentials.
